One of the great advantages of French lessons online with one or more of the teachers in our team is FLEXIBILITY. Indeed, too many language schools offer rigid timetables that do not take into account the unforseen of life. You can therefore organize your schedule, directly with me (Louis-Simon) according to your needs and availabilities. Since our team receives a lot (but really a lot!!!!) of requests for French class, it is best to plan the course at least 1-3 weeks in advance. The hours of availability for your French lesson range from 00h00 to 23h59. In other word, we are available 24h/24h and 7/7. When you email me (louis_simon_roy(AT)hotmail.com), please let me know where you live so we can fix a time-appropriate schedule for our first French lesson together.
Cancellation of a French class: Any French class can be canceled at 48 hours notice without calculating it (just write to me on Skype!). If a class is canceled (the first time) the same day, it can be rescheduled. Subsequently, any course canceled the same day or less than 48 hours in advance is forfeited.
Payment: Payment for the French class is made only after course session #3 or #4. We will send you a Paypal link, but it is not necessary that you have a Paypal account yourself. You just need to have your debit/credit card to hand and you can quickly and securely pay for your session by following the link sent to your email.
Invoice: We issue invoices.
Course cancellation: Courses are billed for sequences of 25 lessons. Since payment for each French course is requested only after lesson# 3 or #4, we have a no-refund policy. You have 6 months to complete your package. If after the first 2 or 3 lessons, you do not wish to continue (which basically never happens!), you will only have to pay for the French lessons completed.
